Land Usage Categories
I have a site in a layout which is on a 60 feet road and the broker who introduced me the site told me that in future it may be classified as commercial property [And he is sure it will be someday]. Right now it is purely residential. From where i can get the information about the category of my current site and in future it will be changed for commercial usage, how will i come to know or where should i check it?

hi ravivasudeva,
your site as of now may be purely residential. check under which local planning authority does your site falls in ? like BDA, BMRDA(anekal lpa, hoskote lpa etc..)
if its BDA, check at BDA head office , you will get current CDP(holds good upto 2015)---ok simialr with BMRDA.
you can convert your current site from residential to commercial subject to DC Concerned.
