.I am looking for BDA / BDA approved sites which are within 20kms from the IT hubs like Whitefield/Electronic city/Hebbal. Today I visited "Lake view garden" near hormavu and I was very happy with the development and maintenance of the layout, it is quoted at around 2600/sq ft. But later I was upset when I called up the developer and he said that the entire layout has A khata but the individual plots have B khata. So we can only get loans to buy the plot but not to build a house there as it is B khata, this doesn't suit me as I am looking for building a house.
I am now looking forward to Duo City on Hosur road which is quoted at 2700/sq ft and the developer claims that it is BDA approved and LICHFL is providing land loans for it. Please let me know if someone has verified this layout and if we can get construction loan for this land.
