Hello All,


I am in process of rennovating my flat measuring 1000 SQ feet.

1. Fixing Vitrified Tiles on existing Mosic Tiles
2. Replace Pipes and Tiles in two Toilet/bathroom.
3. Painting - Asian Paint Premium Emulsion (Full Contract with material/paint)
4. Grills for 2 balconies measuring - 10 by 8.
5. Replacing all the switches and Taps.

Tiles, Switches and Taps would be provided by me.

For Tiles : i have decided to go with Nitco Tropicana- this comes with double charge and is prices at 80 PSF.The dealer showed me Cosa brand vitrified tiles that come with 55 rs psf for double charge. Not sure about quality of Cosa brand.

Taps and Electrical switches probably 10 number of Taps and switches. I dont know how much these would cost.

Punters/engineers, could you please tell how much in all this might cost me. I am more curious to know, how much a contractror/labour might charge for me for this task.
