Hi,

Please don't be exited by seeing those boards, becaz I use to see those boards near to 5th G block since last 6 months. Those are used by quarry people. I think they might have stolen or quarry might belongs to the construction company which works for Metro.

Apartments in a residential area is not a good sign. They suck up all the water. You will have to depend purely on the water supplied by BWSSB which is not a good thing

I Agree with PlotGuy, but always there will Pros and Cons. Pros will be Builder will put pressure on BDA to construct 80feet road from BG road to 11th Block to get good value to his property also area will develop shortly in terms of Amenities like School, Shopping Mall, Bus, Hospitals and Other services.

It will also mobilise plot owners to build houses quickly. Appriciation of pliot value will get acceleration

Hi friends,

To day I have visited again BSK 2nd stage BDA office. The 80feet road construction from Bannerghatta road to 11th block has been retendered. I would like to share the tender document will all of you. At least some cheers with respect to much awaited basic amenity to the lay out.

Good news. Twin road, between 10th and 11th block(park road), is being tarred. Finally the extended Anjanapura is getting the required face-lift.

Please refer the link to Know the 2nd Phase Metro details. The Map indicates Metro coming inside of the Anjanapura lay out from Kanakapura side (may be 2nd/4th/5th block) and other end at Gottigere
