Require info on nimritha green county

Hello All,

We approached a builder called nimritha infrastructure for their new layout "nimritha green county".
They claim part of it is BDA approved and for the other half, they dont have BDA approval documents,
But claim they had paid the betterment charges and waiting for the BDA approval.
Is it advisable to go for advance booking before getting approval.

Does anyone here have info on this company : Nimritha infrastructure?


It is in sarjapur road. Opposite to wipro campus. (2 kms from there)
They are currently quoting 3300/sq ft.
What is the current price for the BDA sites in that region.

Any reviews approciated.
