Dear All,

Hi..My name is Abhinav Venkatesh, and am a new member to this forum..I would like to thank all for sharing their insights and valuable suggestions on the real estate sector in bangalore..I am very new to this field ( still a student) and would like to ask a few trivial questions..Would be really great to hear from the members-

A:1> What exactly is a "revenue" site?
2> How is it different from a BDA site?
3> What are the risks/gains?
4> If acquiring a revenue site is safe, how does one acquire it?

B: Are any valuation techniques used in valuing real estate properties? Or is it all set by the builders in case of apt?? What determines the market rates??
