Constructing House next to High rise Apartment

Hi Guys,
High rise apartment (13 floors ) is being constructed at 100 - 120 ft distance from my site in the WEST direction.

Do anyone foresee any below issues in building a house next to high rise apartment.
Under ground sewage.
Water scarcity.
Sun Light and Natural breeze.
High density population.

I will definitely think twice in constructing a house where I have to stay with these problems even though the land appreciation is more.

Your guidance will help me plan my future home

PS : No offence against anyone in favor of High rise apartment. Above issues might be my personal perception, but want to know larger forum views.

you will most definitely have issues with
1. light and ventilation (particularly if it is immediately next to your house.
2. Density issues - yes. particularly if the apartment does not provide sufficient parking facilities, cars will be parked all over the place, including in front of your house.
3. water scarcity - yes (if they dig a borewell). You may say how different is that from any regular house digging a bore well. In case of an apartment, they will go deeper and probably have more wells, to meet the demands of the community. I have heard of that in a couple of places where people were fine for over 10 years with borewell water for the entire layout, now are experiencing acute shortage (even wells going dry) because a new apartment complex coming right next door.
4. Sewage - I don't know about that. Hopefully that has not been the case anywhere so far and never will be.
