A khata by buyer?

Hi,

I am considering one site which has BBMP B khata & village panchayat as of now.
The seller wants us to get the A khata & get it registered?
Is it possible?
I mean can a buyer get it converted to A khata?

Are you speaking abt a site in Krishna Garden Incity Layout? I have come across an owner who is asking me to get it done. The papers shud be proper in order to get it done and it involves lot of bribe, your time and patience.

As far I understand, there is nothing like "B" khata. Please google and you can see the views of Mr. Siddiah, who was heading the BBMP earlier.

It is just a register entry(B register) for your tax paid.
