I plan to invest in Nelamangala and Doddaballapur main road. Please suggest will it be appreciated(at around 1500/sq.ft?) after 10 years time frame?

i feel that the NH4 Expressway, Good roads & Connectivity, upcoming stadium, Metro and BMRDA plan 2015 to expand bangalore will help the Real estate price to jump in Nelamangala. I visited last week towards Nelamangala Town. The development are Good and the roads are being widened and hope to Get Good Returns on Investment. Good place to invest near MSR Green City towards Doodballapur Rd that will be connecting BIAL to NH4 also railway station coming near to that area.
Layout Prices with BMRDA (NPA) approval are Rs.800/- to 1000 /sq.ft.
Also it will be near to APMC & Industrial Hub, and Upcoming 302-acre film city, with theme park and golf resort near Hesargatta.
So people who want to invest less than 10 Lacks this is a good area.
Also Lots of layout are being developed there like Rashi , MSR etc.. which have good Brand Name ,.
So for 10 Years time Frame it may cross 2500 /sq.ft
