Did anybody receive the BDA tax payment chellan?

Did anybody receive tax payment chellan from Banashankarai BDA office ? I called them up and somebody told that I have to go to office and collect it . Earlier they used to send it by post

I visited BSK office, they told will be sending over post. If no one is received at home returned to BDA office. But thru online its open and we can pay anytime

I have paid the tax through online and got the receipt. So far not received tax chellan from BDA. All this year I am relying on payment through online .

I visited Banashankari BDA office today to enquire about the tax challan. The guy there told me that they have started posting the challans from last week and owners should be receiving the same shortly. He has advised to wait until end of May to receive the challan by post. Only in case it's not received even by the end of this month should one go to BDA office to sort it out.

Can you please let me the amount mentioned in the chellan matches the amount specified in the online BDA website? I want to make sure both refelcts the same amount due to the fact that I have never received any chellan so far and i was totally dependent on paying through online.

I paid the tax online through BDA website and i received the chellan by post. The amount specified on both of them matches.

When I checked now , it shows a penality of some amount up till 31-03-2012 ( matching with my two years tax payment) in the website. But I have paid all the years tax meticulously and not sure why its showing a due amount + penality. Anyways I dont bother as I would only pay through the bank and wont bother about whats shown in the website as I have paper proofs that I have paid it every year.
