References For Hydro-Geologist

Hi,

Can someone please provide me contact details (and personal experience) of any of the hydro-geologits whose services they may have used for identifying the drilling point of their borewells? I am going for borewell driling (in J.P. Nagar 8th Phase 2nd Block) next week and would like to ascertain the drill points beforehand.

However, every borewell contractor will also have a associated hydro-geologist, who will do the needful. Infact they charge less when you go through the borewell contractor. In my case, I made this inspection , part of the whole package, got the point inspected & did not go with the hydro geologist. I sought a second opinion from a "expert - whose services are most sought in villages", went with that & am happy too.

Thanks for your reply, m3_07. That seems to be the most wise approach. Talked to a few other people and they all suggested to go for a 'package deal' with the borewell folks.
