Looking to buy a site (30x40, 60x40) - Advise/Help needed

Post by sun »

Hi All,

I am looking to purchase a plot (30x40 or 60x40) to build a house at the earliest. I am going through a lot of dilemma, confusion, RE Agents and owners too!

Whichever sites I liked ( 3 of them, 2 of them shown to me from RE agents) had disputes, after spending some time, my lawyer indicated that I would be burning my fingures if I persue towards it, so stopped.

I am very keen in Supreme Residency ( also known as Aleem Layout), this is near Vijaya Bank Colony, Off Bannerghatta Road, Also, My office is in Sarjapur outer ring road, hence I am also considering Sarjapur side ( after Wipro, Total Mall etc), but yet to go explore. I also happen to come across few plots in Royal Lake Front layout, which again happened to be in dispute.

There may be many owners who is trying to find a direct buyer to sell their property at off B.G road and surroundings. I`m interested. :)

Also, experts here please do suggest what are the set of documents that I need to ask owners for a specific property?

Regards,

SUN

1 . Dont look for private layouts. But BDA direct layouts . Since you have already explored, Royal Lake Front, I really wonder why you dint check with JP Nagar 8th/9th phases direct BDA layouts ( not the private onese like Royal county ).

2. Though rare, one of my friend got into a situation where the lawyer himself was a big RE guy. He after verifying the docs, mad my friend go down with some legal jargon, and finally the lawyer himself get in touch with the original seller through his side kicks. This might have been a rare case and I am not telling that all are like that. But since you have shown multiple docs to your lawyer and all are returned as not good for purchase, you may think in this line as well. Was all the docs shown to the same lawyer?.

Thank you for the feedback Jackalbda..

Yes, I did checkout Jp Nagar 8th phase too, but the problem is I may not be able to construct something right away, but yes its in my radar.

And, yes all the documents were shown to same lawyer, but I knew him for some years already.

Do you happen to know anything in JP Nagar 8th phase ?

Thank you

Please ping me at m4kpm4@gmail.com..I can give my RE agent's contact details. He deals with this area and had been extremely good in my case. Only thing is he barely speaks anything other than Kannada. But a genuine middle aged guy , he is.
