Advice on buying Plot in Paramount Garden Talagattapura

I have shortlisted one plot in gated comunity of Parmount Garden Talagattapura on kanakapura Road, Please advice whether it has BBMP A Katha/BDA Approval etc..

The Rate quoted is 4400/sf ft.. Awaiting your response..
