I wish to thank you all for having replied to my query for the offer which I have got for my 20x30 plot in SMV layout. I am in the process of getting khata transfer and tax payment done by this month. I would intend to wait for another 1 year and see for any more appreciation in price value. As I am confident, SMV layout in another 5 to 10 yrs time will boom the way Vijaynagar has developed and prices will shoot up incredibly. My intention to sell my plot in next 1 years time is for accumulating funds to buy a 2BHK flat.
Real estate prices are generally linear/proportional.
If you get better price for your plot in next 1 year, even the Flat prices would also moved higher north wards.
On the other side, if your plot prices drops for XYZ reasons, even the Flat prices goes southwards.
Generally real estate agents will give you false assurance. Once your mind will set for selling the site you had to get compromise with price. In SMV 5th block for 30*40 running price is 2500 and for 20*30 its 2700.
If u get 19L than ur agent definitely would have found the buyer who wishes to buy ur site for 20.5 to 21 L, but I am not sure how much confident ur agent is,any how wait till next year and u may get better than the current situation
immpossible... I have enquired 5th block is 2400-max2600.. this is bumper.. plz sell immediately.. cos once the buyer realises no water, no drianage, no roads, he or she will switch to better blocks or area...!
