Plot Rate in V. V Puram, Bangalore

Hello,

I would like to know the prevailing rates in V. V. Puram (Visveswarapuram, Bangalore - 560004).
Landmark: Sajjan Rao Circle (hardly 0.5 - 0.75 km from LalBagh West Gate/National College/Gandhibazaar)

One of my relatives is willing to sell his property (old house ~20yrs on a 30x50 plot). He is not willing to go via brokers.
Any pointers/help is appreciated.
