Max num. of floors on 30x50 plot

Hello,

I would like to know the maximum number of floors that can be constructed on a 30x50 plot.
Location: V. V Puram (B'lore - 560004), site under city corporation.
Road width: ~30-35 ft (approx)

Is it possible to have G (1BHK plus parking) + 3 floors (2 BHK on each of the 3 floors)?
Also, what setback will have to be provided? As per what I learnt, it is ~4.5 ft (front and rear) and ~1.5ft (left and right).
