Electrician Charges for new house construction

Hi All

I would like to know, for a new house construction activities, how the electrician charges for his services ?

is it based on the no of square the house constructed or based on no of electrical Points ? or any other methods considered while receiving the quotation?

what is the ongoing electrician charges for an approximate 24 sq house construction (Only Labor Charges, Excluding materials)
