Heard the news that NGT has banned construction of houses in Banashankari 6th Stage.

What do we do next? They are claiming that they want to "close" Banashankari 6th Stage layout.

What is the next course of action? Is BDA listening to this NGT ban? Any comments from BDA?

Does anyone have any idea if the whole layout is going to get closed or if NGT has identified any specific sites to ban house construction?
Any specific blocks in 6th stage that are affected?

It is the same NGT Buffer zone issue which is discussed in multiple threads. Go through the below mentioned discussion.

Revised master plan 2015 (Approved in 2007) already specifies buffer zone from Lake and Storm water drain and most of the BDA properties are formed as per the master plan. NGT tried to increase that buffer zone with retrospective effect. Recently Supreme court set aside that order.
