Suggestions - Apartments around Devasandra

Hello Friends,

I had a look at one of the apartments coming up in Devasandra (Kodigehalli Road) close to Hoodi Circle, when seen the apartment location is 1.7 kms from NH4 and 2.6 Kms from Hoodi Circle. The apartments come with all amenities like
1) Swimming Pool
2) Gym
3) Children Play Area
4) Badminton Court
5) Joggers Track
6) Multipurpose Hall
7) Landscape Area
8) Intercom
9) Covered Car Parking
10) DG backup
11) Round the clock security
12) Rain Water Harvesting

Currently Wing-1 (a set of 30 apartments) is in progress, the price I finalized for the flat that I looked was 1100 SFT @ 30 L inclusive of registration and VAT.
If any one have some ideas, please guide me further. I have not given any payment for the builder. The builder has provided me with a set of documents to proceed with legal clearance. They have approvals from nationalized banks like SBI too.

Things I want from you is
1) Is that a good pricing I have been offered (Rs. 2300 per SFT)
2) Is it worth to spend so much in that locality (this is my first investment, am not looking at blocking and selling)
3) How well is the locality connected ?
4) Is there a scope of development in this locality in future.

IF any one have suggestions, please help me out.

Did you go ahead with the purchase? Did you get possession of your apt? how are the current sqft rates there? Pl let us know of your experience.
