Good Contractor/Architect in JP Nagar

Anybody aware of a good contractor and an architect in JP nagar area? I am planning to start my construction in 8th Phase of JP Nagar .

I am planning to start construction of my house in next couple of months and I am also searching for a good architect. I recently met an architect in Katriguppe and also visited a few houses he has built and spoke to the owners. I am quite satisfied from my initial research and am seriously thinking of hiring him to plan and supervise construction of my house. His name is Sathya Prakash Varanasi and he seems to be well known. Google his name and you will find out his contact details. As I mentioned I have not finalized him yet..but you might want to check him out.

Thanks Rewatcher. How much does he charge? Also in ur search for cntrctrs/architects, have you come across somebody else also ( probably 2-3 in ur top list) , who I might be interested to consider ?

His charges depends on various factors like the size of the house, distance of the site from his office, nature of the expert services he may have to provide depending on the design etc etc. From what I gathered from the owners of the houses he has built, I am guessing his charges could be in the range of 2 lakhs - for a 2500 sqft house. His charges includes design and supervision.. Again, this is only a guess as I will come to know about his fees after some preliminary rounds of talks with him.
One other architect in my list is Vinay Iyengar - 9986142631. He works for a architecture firm but also does independent work.
I am yet to decide on a contractor - I will do it after I finalize the architect.
