I sent query related to your info on MS fabricator.
Where does Mr. Keshav stay and how much you paid money for MS grill work and safety door (if any). How is his work? I am planning to get it done grill work, staircase railing and few safety doors for my house.

hi sahu, mr keshava stays in banaswadi ramamurthy.

for grill work i paid him rs 120/sqft & safety door i paid him rs 290/sqft, wt ever the rate i am telling his four month back.

regarding the work i am fully satisfied.

Team, this is with regards to grill worl. My contractor is charging 170 per sft for grill with 12 mm rods + 4 * 4 inches gaps + painting. Is this expensive or reasonable? I need your replies ASAP. thanks

170rs is fair considering painting as well and all supervision included. generally about 140-150rs psqft.

Kiran, when you mentioned Safety door, can you please provide me more details like what kind of safety door you were talking about? I too need to freeze on the same and any help would be appreciated.

Please tell me the paint process on wooden window/door....?
what i found in googling....
1) hard sand paper
2) putty / chalk powder mix with polish to fill any gaps
3) finer sand paper to remove excess putty
4) NC sealer + NC Thinner
5) 3 -4 cots of NC sealer
6) Polish

Is above true...?
