Hello All,
am planning to buy a site in anam enclave (near thanisandra main road) ? The developer says he can arrange the loan thru GIC housing finance and he has got BBMP khata, BDA NOC with taxes paid. The khata is for the entire layout and not for the individual sites. Will I have to pay for Aakarma sakarma in future if I buy a site there? What would be the sakarma penalty for a 30 * 40 site? Please share your thoughts if its safe to buy.
Also let me know if anyone has bought a site in Anam Enclave(by Ideal Developers Pvt. Ltd. Jayanagar)

I am also buying a site in Anam Enclave... The area is very much promising to develop... And Arkavathy acquisition problem is not there... The site owner from whom I am purchasing has a B-katha in his name... It seems they are not giving A-Katha in that layout, and B-katha is sufficient for registration... The developer says there is no need to pay aakarma sakarma in future...

If there is only B-Khata then I think Akrama-Sakrama needs to be paid.
