My Builder has said that prices of Construction Material ( Cement, Steel, Red-Brick ) have gone high since the date of agreement ( May 2013) to present date.
Can anyone let me know the if the prices have really gone high during last few months, if so by what % ?

Can you provide a link where all the price trends of Construction Material will be shown.

Red brick has not increased, its the same around Rs.6-8/brick(inclusive of loading, unloading, transportation) depending upon some reputed brands.

I had called sharath and its a Same price @330/-
