Hi,

I am about to buy a house constructed in 20X30 site in BSK 6th Stage 4th Block patch. This patch is just opposite the Sobha Forest View apartment. The wikimapia link is given below.

Can you please help me in answering my following query.

1) What are these 'patches' in a BDA layouts particularly BSK 6th Stage 4th block?
2) Any know legal issue with the patch that I indicated above?
3) What are future development that can boost the development this area?
