Wanted to know your opinion regarding investing at kaggalipura kanakpura road . Whatz the ongoing rate over there.
What category of sites are available over there?(BDA,BBMP,BMRDA )

Does anybody know if the Kaggalipura-Bannerghatta road has been planned for road widening, SLV housing has planned a layout Sri Krishna Gardens next to that road, is that location a good choice for investment?

I am planning to buy this now. Can anyone advise on SLV housing and projects in kaggalipura.
I found this about NH 209 widening but it is not clear which area will get widened and which will not. Ditto for bannerghatta road.
Any opinions/advice is much appreciated.

Hi,

SLV is a good developer but he will take a while to register the plots as he sees that all the papers & sanctions are accurate!!

Do not mistake him for a fake developer who has taken advance & not registering the plots. One of the finest developer who comes personnally to register the plots for every single property buyer. I liked them & have two properties from them
