seesham hard wood furniture

Hi All,

I'm posting this question to get your feedback on seesham hard wood that i'm planning for my tv units , cots , side table etc.,
I heard it is very good like teak or rose wood. What you guys say ?

It looks good on their website , but i've not seen them in real. Do you guys have experience with these, if so what will be the cost
to make a simple side table of 20*24 (W * H) in inches.

Also, i'm planning to get this from Rajasthan, jodhur. Are they reliable, can i trust and pay them upfront

Also, is it good to get it in plyboards or seesham hard wood be better off.
