Site wanted near Manyata Tech Park

Dear All,
I am looking for a site near Manyata tech park / Bangalore north. I would prefer either BDA or any other competent government authority approved ones. If anyone have any information please let me know. I have been to Rajiv Gandhi Nagar (NTI Layout) and had some reservations because I heard that there were some tussle between the farmers and the developers. The estate agent told that the litigation is quashed and is no more an issue.
