Its worth investing in Ani Ecozone as there are major projects are upcomming ... one of the major project starting at Ani Ecozone is Skylark vills Phase2. I think currely the builder hiked the price to 2900/- I am not sure if its negotionable.

Skylark villas Phase2 is having entrace towards Lakemont fort school road or the other side like Phase1?

I have seen the lay out plan in youtube ..phase2 is getting extended from phase1 and it goes till the Mount fort school road where there will also be one entrance gate that road.
