Need info on Home loan

Hi All,
I am constructing a house in bangalore and i got loan from LIC Housing finance and loan got sanctioned;
i wanted to know whether we need to pay any money for LIC engineer who comes to evaluate the work progress on site ;
because i heard from some of frds we need to give some fees for engineer who visit the site and based on his report only LIC will sanction the amount.
Please let me know your view on the same.
