@ sun - in which Phase the disputes are going currently?I think there are 3 Phases in Royal Lake Front. It would be gr8 if you mention the phases.

Regarding Khatha from BDA and BBMP(A Khata) in this case - If seller has not yet transferred it to his name from his previous seller yet and the current buyer is going for a loan, then Bank will accept it?

When we go for document verification here, Do we need to get EC for only from the period the Layout is formed or for the earlier period also?
