I am quite new to this forum. I have been looking at some plots in layouts around electronic city and narayana hrudayalaya.
Does anybody have any kind of opinion about the following plots :

1. Vikas Layout Bommasandra
2. Vakil En Casa
3. GPR Grande
4. RK Townships Bommasandra
5. Upkar Springfields
6. SSR groups layout in the same locality.

The quoted rates are in the range of 1100 to 1600. Is this a reasonable price for this area? Also it would be helpful if anyone can give me names of any other
good places in this area. I am looking for something that is habitable in the next 3-4 years.

Friends I am kind of new to Bangalore ... so any info you could give would be very helpful

also some layouts near Singasandra- like AECS, HAL society, Duo city , other layouts in BBMP limits range from Rs.2200 to Rs.1200, is there.

Worth Looking at this villa layout www.cloud9.co.in. near bommasandra. Prices start at ~1Cr.

If not write back here and ask. I have info about one layout just exactly 7 kms from Narayana Hrudalaya, layout located in Chandapura. I have my own brand new villa in that layout.
