Any one purchased plots in Sunny Green Wood project at Rayasandra Road, Electronic city

Hi I have blocked a plot at Sunny Green Woods which is BDA approved layout and looking forward for agreement after doing legal. Does anyone purchased plot from this project and if so how is the experience with the developers and how good is this project ?
