Bsk 6th stg 1st blk sale rate

Namaste.
I have been quoted rs 6750 to 7250 as selling rate for bda site in 6th stg 1st blk by a broker.
Also according to him, smv 1st stage also 7250.
What is the current rate in gubbalala.
I am from chennai wanting to relocate to BLR.
I can't afford much.
Upto 5k psft is manageable.
Any guidance please?
