Apartments in Kothanur lake view area

Hi,
Does anyone know on the apartments in kothanur lake view area in JP Nagar 8th phase. Some of the apartments namely RJR Laguna, Thirumala Anamone, Eshwari Oak Dale etc are there. Also several small apartments like sapthagiri, gokulum etc inside Kothanur Lake View compound. Does anyone know about legality or if they have encroached lakes?
