Stamp & Registration Charges are expected to go up. So buyers need to shell out more from april onwards.
More details awaited.
Once again Online Registration of property is proposed. So far its not implemented, even though the system was
developed long back. As no politician wants to loose his pie as it makes the post of sub-registrar less interesting
and lesser demand for transfers and also it reduces the options for cash exchanges between hands at the Sub-Registrar Offices.
