Any issues in Abhudaya Golden Enclave layout?

I'm planning to buy a plot at a gated community called Abhuyadaya Golden Enclave off Whitefield Road. Have any of the forum members bought a site there? Any legal issues/ litigations. The ads claim as BMRDS approved.
