Need details about chengamaraju layout

Hi,
I am planning to buy site at chengamaraju layout back site brigade millenium . Just oppsite side of nataraja layout. The site is very adjucent to brigade millenium park. Could you please let me know what is the price and this is a revenue site and i want to know is it safe to but the site. what is the layout position , Corporation water and drinages etc ..
