hello everybody,

we are building g+2 separate houses near sarjapur rd area,bellandur. I got a quote for labour from a plumber at:
＞bathrooms floor mounted : 8500rs
＞kitchen +utility : 3000rs
＞rainwater harvesting :10000
this includes everything from chambers etc. but he said if we need core cutting machine used that will be charged extra.we have totally 6.5bathrooms and 3.5kitchen and total will come arnd 73000rs.the work of the plumber is good since he has done my friends place.is this a reasonable quote? what are the advantages of employing core cutting and paying extra if anyone is used.

no need to pay for kitchen /utility and pay for only bathrooms.

he will come back if he needs the job.

thank you mr.@ausraja .we have decided on another plumber who was referred by our contractor..he has asked 56k for the complete work.we felt the quote reasonable.hopefully his work is good.just saw one apartment which he showed that he has done.that looked fine.

Please check some more Houses done by this New Plumber, Plumbers should be experienced, Just for some bucks don't compromise on the Quality of work.

If Plumbing is not done properly, it would be head ache in future and you can't repair with out damaging the walls. Check with some more Plumbers and their work.

What is the charge for core cutting now - anyone has an idea ? My plumber says 430 rs per hole (irrespective of hole size). Sounds reasonable ?

hi, wt u r plumber says sounds good depending upon no of holes,if it is more still he may be able to reduce the cost per holes if u can negotiate.
