Am looking for a 30X40 site in Anjanapura BDA township (any block).
My budget is 35 Lakhs.
Please let know if anyone has site for sale, brokers please excuse.

As I know presently it is costing around Rs 4700-5000/ sft. I am also looking fora site there.

anandram - How do you know the rates are Rs 4700 to Rs 5000 ?

Asking prices range from 3500 to 4700, and you should be able to close the deal towards 3 to 3.5K if you can do an immediate cash deal. Having said that Anjanapura is not that big and there aren't many genuine sellers.

I completely agree with your observations. Yet to buy, but during the inquiries I found
1. Asking rate is around 3.5k
2. Allmost all of the people contacting are brokers
