can anyone tell me what is the permissible times for residential construction ?

My neighbour is the driver of the area councellor and acts as a mini councellor. He just waits for me to do a mistake and he is quick to pounce on it.

9 to 5:30 is the usual.

But there is no rule as far as i know. As long as the workers don't create noise and disturb neighbours, no one cares.
