Hi,

I am looking for a plot in Anjanapura and I got a lead from the broker.

There is plot in Anjanapura 5th G block[20x60] and the plot is allotted to an allottee in alternate site allotment quota of BDA in 2010. Is there any issue buying such a property.

Also please let me know if there is any property lawyer who can guide me on how to proceed further if we need to buy such a property.
