40x60 site for sale in Anjanapura

Hello,
As I have posted before I intend to sell my 40x60 BDA site in Anjanapura,I have got some offers but din like any of them because of the agents demanding 2% commissions and bumping up the prices to the buyer as well.if you're a direct buyer I'm ready to negotiate within 3500 to 3600,I'm tired of agents calling and hassling.I repeat if you're an agent and you demand commission later,I'm not interested.please call me at 9036384911 if you're interested.
