Hi

I am planing to construct ground & first floor house on 60x40 BDA site. Layout is still under BDA & not handed over to BBMP. My architect dealing with BDA saying that, BDA allows only one kitchen per site irrespective of size of the site. He says BBMP allows 4 kitchens for 60x40 site

Is it correct? How to get permission for 2 kitchens? Who is the right authority to meet with & check? My site is located in Sir M Vishveshwariah layout

Hi Anand,

As far as i was told by one Engineer, BBMP gives approval for only 1 kitchen.
If you want more than 1 Kitchen approval you need to go to District Town Planning Authority.

For site of size 60 * 40 , you can get 3 kitchen approval.
