I would like to buy 30*40 North/East facing plot in GPR Grande - Chandapura and it is not for investment.

is it advisable to buy a plot to construt house at GPR Grande Layout?

How much is the price range?

Where it comes in Chandapura?In Chandapura-Anekal road(From Chandapura circle 3-4kms) the prices are around Rs.1500 for BMRDA approved layouts.

Its right on the main road and 600 mts from Chandapura circle.. Price was 1500/- 2 yrs back.. it is fully developed with houses..So i think it will be around 2500/- at present.. just enquire!!

Yes Nagarjun.If it is 1KM or less from Chandapura circle prices will be around 2500/-
