pre planned projects for IT people, no EMI and no burden

This is a known idea, but its tough to achieve this unless you have a strong leader or dedicated person who takes care of the project. we are happy to say that we achieved this project, and we are in good shape, all our friends are happy because of this great achievement, we are now good to go ahead with similar kind of projects, lot of people of joining and we welcome to new partners who are interested in this pre planned projects.
we plan projects 2 years before and we are able to get great profits because of the same.
we working software people, are taking care of purchasing land and giving the same for builder for apartment as jd, now we are in good shape, each one is getting one apartment for 18 lakhs, 1250 sq feet, gated layout, with all amenities like function hall, cc cams, car wash point, gym, tt, basket ball ring, water softner, meditation hall, jogging track, library, kids play area, small park, intercom, much more... xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx edited by admin.
Give proper information about your previous projects ,where are you planning to do,why do you hide reality things.There are lot many real estate guys take people for ride quoting society purchases, group purchase etc.We encourage any one with clarity in deals .
