Realistic Price near Big bazaar(Outer Ring Road near Hebbal

Hi Ajay here,
I have seen a residential plot behind Big Bazaar on the Outer ring road near the Hebbal Fly over. I am no too sure as to what would be the realistic price in that locality. Any ideas regarding this would help me a lot to take up a wise decision.The plot is approximately 0.8 kms from the Outer ring road ( probably close to Tata Nagar for people who are aware of this locality)
It's a NORTH facing plot and is in a bit low area (I mean there needs to be some mud filling which has to be done in the plot in order to get it to the Road level). Considering all this and the Recession age if some one could help me with the REALISTIC price in that locality I would be great ful. Thanks in anticipation.
