CAN ANYONE GIVE INFO ON ZONAL USE ACCORDING TO BDA (TOWN PLANNING) CDP MAP.
MY PLACE COMES UNDER RESIDENTIAL ZONE BUT BBMP SAYS ITS STILL HAS TO BE CONVERTED AND BETTERMENT CHARGES TO BE PAID AND THEN ONLY 'A' KHATA WILL BE GIVEN.
MY DOUBT IS WHEN ALREADY TOWN PLANNING HAS GIVEN THE RESIDENTIAL USE THEN WHY SHOULD I GET MY LAND CONVERTED.
