Hi all,

I am planning to buy site in BDA employees layout, Kanakpura road. Broker is quoting price of 4250/sqft. The site is close to Anjanadri Arcade (Main double road) south facing. Please anyone let me know is price is fair? Also any idea water avialabity if i go for bore well.

Also some body mentioned that retired BDA employees put case in court for this layout, is it true?.

Appreciate your replies, as I need to finalize decsion very soon.

I have not heard any case against on this layout, you can see now lot of constructions are happening on towards Anjanadri layout. Regarding water availability it dependence on the location & your luck!. most of the site owners got the water but you should ready to dig till 1000 ft .
