Anybody has idea on Lakshmi layout off Bhannerghatta road next to Brahma kumaris ashrama,
what is the current price per sqft?
are there any legal issues?

I don't think there are any legal issues.

It is a good layout.

But only problem is most of the availbale sites are very near the High Tension Wire Line and hence these are not getting sold.

In fact I myself had finalized on a plot for 2500 rs psft about 6 months back.

Then I backed out because of the HT wire Issue.



Rates should have touched around 3000 Rs Now.
