I am planning to buy a land in Ramanashree layout which is off Bannerghatta road. I have couple of questions regarding the layout:

1. The layout seems to be gated. Some of the gated communities were forced to open up (MS Ramaiah, South City) recently to avoid traffic congestion. Do you foresee any such issue with Ramanashree Layout ? By the way, are gated layouts legally sanctioned or is it something people put up to increase the market value of their sites?

2. Is there any issue with Rajakaluve, I am looking for a plot in Phase II and is adjacent to govt. land

Hi, i am planning to buy a plot in ramanashree, any inputs on current prices there? I have seen one 30*40 plot in phase 1(opposite lane of ashrama) and owner is quoting 4600 non negotiable. is it worth of that much there ? please guide
